We took our 2007 Jeep Liberty in due to some engine problems. Well, they looked in over and told what I had already suspected - the engine was in bad shape and loosing oil.The owner of the garage made some phone calls and presented us with a price much lower than we expected. We had them do the job (in one and a half weeks) and one their quoted price, we've driven the Jeep for a few days now without any problems. They did a great job and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys for your detail to your work and low prices. I usually take my Prius Prime hybrid vehicle to a Toyota dealership, but I have been unhappy with the service there, so I decided to look for an auto service center closer to my home. I was so happy that I did after I found Highlands Auto Center. I found their mechanical service and the customer service were excellent. Not only were they closer to home and faster than a dealership, they also were more thorough. I had an engine light come on, and they gave me a fair quote on specifically what needed to be fixed, which was cheaper than the dealership's quote. They also completed the service quickly, and they gave me fair quotes on some other issues with advice on what I should consider getting fixed at some time with no pressure to fix anything else other than what I needed to be fixed to address the engine light. Lastly, when I did not have enough cash to pay to avoid the credit card use fee, I was told I could bring the cash back anytime that day because they strive to operate on trust with them trusting their customers and their customers trusting them. I definitely will be going back to Highlands Auto Center.

Honestly the best experience I've had with an auto repair shop in awhile. They checked my tire pressure, fluids, and did my oil change service very quickly. I also managed to get brake pads and A/C work done. These guys were fast and super efficient. They even gave me a ride home since I had to leave the car overnight! I love these guys. I had spoke to this owner over the phone and he quoted me the $160 for a diagnostic. I came in after getting my car checked on by another mechanic to have them review it for electrical issues. The owner was kind and very informative! He broke down the problems in a way I could understand. His mechanic worked on my car and adjusted it to where I would have my AC back and check engine light was off. The 'Engine power will be reduced' message is gone. I still have to do maintenance, but I so very much appreciated the work done and information. I will be back to take care of the rest of the issues. Thank y'all.

If you want an honest assessment of your car's health, some repair work, or an inspection, you won't find a better place. They are clear with their explanations and will help you plan out upcoming preventative maintenance. Over the past 15 years, I have brought them my Mercedes, Hondas, and friends' cars. Their troubleshooting skills and fair prices leave the dealers in the dust.

Just got my rear pads and rotors, inspection, and oil change done. First off, I got quoted $1200 to do my brakes from another shop (said both front and back needed to be replaced), Hassan had his crew check my brakes and let me know only the rear actually needed to be replaced. Work was completed same day I dropped it off, and all prices were fair. This place was recommended to me, and I will continue to recommend to others. Also, if you live close they are happy to take you home and pick you up which was nice. Will be back for future maintenance and repairs until given a reason not to. Good experience.

Had such a lovely experience today. A part of my front bumper had come off and I needed help as soon as possible. I found that this shop was open and it was so good to get someone on the phone quickly who said 'come on down'. They looked at it straight away. We found some other issues (which I knew were there but hadn't had a chance to deal with). While I waited, I listened to how the owners deal with their customers, with patience and giving time to explain why work needs doing. I was so impressed with this business, I will definitely be going back, and would recommend to others (but not too much that it gets any more busy ?)

Always somewhat hesitant to visit a repair shop I'm not familiar with but these guys are the only ones that seem to be able to work on a fully electric vehicle. They invested quite a bit of man hours working on my Fiat 500e with results that they weren't fully pleased with. Suggested I take the car to Fiat and didnt charge me a dime.
